ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1. Introduction: ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
This is the Installation procedure for products of Keystone Software Corp.
Clicking on "Install" will start the Installation process. You will be given
opportunities to customize the installation.
A folder, will be created to contain the product's files. Keystone Software
Corp. products use VRObj.DLL, a Watcom - VXRexx product. It is recomended that
VRObj.DLL be kept in a seperate folder, "VXRexx", so you will only have one
copy, no matter how many KSC products you have. This procedure tries to insure
that you have the latest version of VRObj.DLL, and will rename an old copy.
For this product to run, your Config.Sys file must have a LibPath statement
that points to VRObj.DLL, Install will add or modify the statement for you.
You will be give an opportunity to replace your Config.Sys file or save the
sample updated file as Config.KSC and you can change your Config.Sys file
later. You will then need to re-boot.
Install will also create an object Icon, on your Desktop to run this product.
Install also allows you to re-do all or part of the installation process. The
installation process is divided into four parts; 1) Copying the system files,
2) Copying VRObj.DLL, 3) Updating Config.Sys and 4) Creating Desktop Object
Icon. You can re-do any of these by selecting ReInstall from the menu and the
selecting the part to re-do.
See Disclaimer.
